Good stay, as always. Fairly clean place, staff was excellent. Units with free wifi. New building, good location near explore, south west France, and the autoroute. Nearby Leon de Bruxelles - great place to chill out...

Neat and nicely decorated room with its own bathroom and central heating. It also had an electronic key card, a work desk, 😊 which was cool.

Convenient to restaurants next door. Small but clean room. Not luxurious, but a great place if you just need a clean, safe bed for a night.

This was by far the best budget hotel we've done in our trip. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Not so close to town center, but lots of stores and restaurants around. We had no problem finding options for dinner, even on a Sunday evening, in this area. The breakfast was very good for the price. Lots of tv channels available in the room. We will remember this address.

Quiet location although right off the main street, easy to find. Excellent condition of all fixtures in the room (like new). Bedsheets like new. Breakfast very good value for price (selection). Efficient and very polite night booking clerk, she spoke very good English. Cleanness of the breakfast room. Efficient, very polite and smiling day clerk, she was cleaning up immediately dishes and assuring all was ok.

Bathroom had no towel rack, nowhere to hang or put on the towel. Awkward design of the shower head, when hanging it sprays the wall not the person, when handheld the angle hose-head is such that it makes showering difficult. Cups in the breakfast rooom a nice design but not practical - very small base and heavy top - easy to knock over. Garbage disposal area right in the parking lot, next to the hotel entries.

I had a good stay at Hotel Lune Etoile. the staff were excellent and the beds were large. - the location is marvellous, close to a compact park. - the room was functional and nicely decorated. - the restaurant is conveniently located near the hotel.

WiFi is through a web portal - these don't seem to work with iPads. Musty smell, Stalinist atmosphere (e.g. wire mesh in the stairwells - are they afraid of suicides?).

Name of Hotel is incorrect on booking website which made locating it extremely difficult. Proper name is Hotel du La Paradiso. Security code entry not working - anyone could gain access into hotel blocks.

The property's location was perfect, right next to the center making it easy to get around, and the food offered here was delightful with a variety of options.
